Pima Air and Space Museum

The Pima Air and Space Museum, near Tucson Arizona, has several hundred airplanes, mostly US military planes. Admission is $15.50. Hanger one is an overview of aviation, including an SR71. Hanger 3 and 4 are mostly World War II aircraft, including a B24 and a B29. Outside are many aircraft, mostly post World War II, including three B52 Bombers (one modified for launching an X15). I did not take the tour of the "boneyard" storage of retired military planes, which was extra cost.

The space portion is almost all mockups, information displays, and trainers with no actual space flight hardware. There are several NASA airplanes in the outside display, including a Super-Guppy.
